We also issue refunds in case of issues on our side like duplicate payments, etc.
You may easily cancel subscription plans by yourself on your account page (reachable from the dashboard). However, refund requests need to be sent manually.
Subscription products
All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes both month-to-month and annual plans.
In any case, it is your responsibility to evaluate SpeakTwice, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before selecting any paid plan.
Subscription Fees
Client shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes Think in Italian (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s channel subscription and billing page. The client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically.
The client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on ’s net income.
In the event Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Client shall reimburse Think in Italian upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold Think in Italian harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Client’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.
Cancellation Policy
The client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their channel subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans). The client may cancel their subscription by logging into their Think in Italian Account and going to the account page (reachable from the dashboard), and clicking the “Change” or “Cancel” options under subscription and billing.
A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription. The client can learn how to cancel, delete, or update their account here. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You must email support before or on the payment due date. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us.
You may have a refund for any reason provided that you have purchased on speaktwice.app (not on App Store or Play Store) and request it within 30 days of your purchase.
Besides that, in case of issues on our side, such as duplicate payments, prolonged malfunction, or termination of business, we will grant refunds. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Subscription products
The chosen plan service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. Think in Italian does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Think in Italian offers a Month-to-Month Subscription Plan, which allows customers to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel at any time without penalty.
Think in Italian also offers an Annual Subscription Plan at a significant discount.
