Cancellations and refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

We also issue refunds in case of issues on our side like duplicate payments, etc.

You may easily cancel subscription plans by yourself on your account page (reachable from the dashboard). However, that does not entitle you to a refund. You need to request it manually.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Apple App Store)

The SpeakTwice Italian app offers auto-renewable subscriptions via the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the
current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to Settings → Subscriptions on your Apple device.

Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

What happens after I place my order?

If you’re starting a plan, you’ll be taken to your user dashboard where you can take my courses. You’ll also receive an email with your login credentials.

For other products (downloadable courses, placement tests), you’ll receive an email with links to download or access them.

Why is a credit card required for a free trial?

My subscription plans start with a 7-day free trial.
That means that you won’t be charged during the first 7 days.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged at all.

Why are you still required to enter your payment details?

To prevent free trial abuse
To select motivated students
To enable smooth renewals

How do I access the lessons?

Right after checkout, you’ll see:

A welcome page that takes to the online lessons, if you started a plan
A confirmation page with links to the files, if you purchased a downloadable course

Either way, you’ll also receive an email with the same links right after your purchase.

How to cancel my subscription?

You may easily cancel at any time by yourself.

On your account page, click the “subscription” tab, then click “cancel”. That’s all!

You will be not charged anymore starting from the next month or year.

Even after you canceled, you still have access to your content until the end of the current billing cycle.

What if forget to cancel?

You may have a refund within 30 days of your last renewal.

What's in a free trial?

Subscriptions plans start with a 7-day free trial, during which you have access to all the premium learning resources that are included in the paid plan.

Downloadable products do not have a free trial period, but Lesson 1 is available as a free sample.

Will my monthly rate go up?

No worries, you’re locked into that price, my friend!

Tip: that’s a good reason to sign up now.

That is until (and if) you decide to unsubscribe.

If and when you choose to re-subscribe after that, you will have to pay the new price.

Can I switch plans?

You may change your subscription by yourself on your account page at any time.

Both recurring payments and length are prorated, which means that you won’t waste money or time.
